TERMS OF USE

1. Independent, unaffiliated project

Siege Codex is an independent, fan-made companion service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Ubisoft Entertainment. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six® Siege and its names, marks, characters, maps, and artwork belong to their respective owners. References identify the game and do not imply affiliation or transfer any rights.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The minimum account age is 13. Paid purchases are available only to account holders age 18 or older. Keep your login information secure and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Optional phone numbers are private contact information and are not a login or password recovery method. Email changes require the security confirmations shown by the service.

3. Paid tiers, one-time purchases, and renewal

Siege Codex has two tiers. Free requires no payment. Full Access costs either $5.00 USD per month or $45.00 USD per year, plus applicable tax; the yearly option is the same service billed once a year at a discount. Subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe and automatically renew at the end of every billing period until canceled. There is no minimum term. The exact price, renewal period, and cancellation terms are shown immediately next to the purchase control and again at Stripe Checkout before payment. Any promotion changes only the amount or period expressly shown at Checkout.

You choose your billing period at Checkout and it stays in place for the life of that subscription. To move between monthly and yearly, cancel the current subscription and start the other one; access continues through the period you already paid for.

Full Access members may be offered a $5.00 USD one-time username-change credit. A one-time purchase does not renew. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Changes to tiers and pricing. Tiers, the features inside them, and prices may change in the future. We may add, remove, rename, or re-scope a tier, and we may change what a subscription costs. If a change would affect what you pay or would remove a feature you are paying for, we will give you notice at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, sent to your account email or shown in the app. You may cancel before the change takes effect, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Continuing to use a paid subscription after the notice period is acceptance of the change. Features labeled "coming soon" are plans, not promises, and are not part of what you are paying for today.

4. Cancellation, failed payments, refunds, and disputes

Cancel a subscription online at any time from Settings. The direct cancellation control opens the cancellation page for your subscription. Unless Checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the period already paid for. Deleting an account also starts cancellation of linked subscriptions, but you should use the cancellation control first when possible.

Subscription and completed one-time charges are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by law or when we determine that a duplicate charge, billing error, service failure, or other circumstance warrants a refund. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory right. Contact support@siegecodex.com with the account email, charge date, and issue. A refund does not by itself cancel future subscription renewals unless we or Stripe separately confirm cancellation.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and paid access may continue briefly while the payment is past due. Access returns to the applicable free state when the subscription ends; user-created content is not deleted solely because a payment fails. You may use rights available through your card issuer, but contacting support first gives us a chance to fix billing errors quickly.

Between 25 and 40 days before any renewal that would carry an active subscription beyond each continuous 12-month period, we will send a renewal notice stating when billing will occur and giving clear instructions for canceling online. On the yearly plan every renewal crosses that boundary, so you receive this notice before each yearly charge.

5. Tier features and changes

Current tier features and limits appear on the Tiers page. Beta-badged strategies do not count against strategy caps. We may change features or future prices. We will provide notice of material subscription changes in a form you can retain before they take effect, and applicable law controls the timing and consent required. You may cancel before a changed renewal takes effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to cheat or violate Ubisoft's rules;
• interfere with the service, game client, Ubisoft services, or another account;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or bypass access or payment controls;
• upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or malicious content; or
• misuse Team Up, chat, reporting, ratings, or community tools.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of strategies, notes, comments, and media you create. You grant Whitt Atlas LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve Siege Codex for the audience you choose. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload it. You may delete content using available controls, subject to security, legal, backup, and payment record retention described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension, deletion, and termination

We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten users or the service, evade enforcement, or create legal or security risk. You may request account deletion from Settings. Billing, consent, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained after deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whitt Atlas LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a feature, or preservation of content outside the backup and recovery measures we choose to maintain.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whitt Atlas LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and changes

Colorado law governs these Terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be dated and communicated as required by law. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance only to the extent permitted by law; a change requiring new affirmative consent will not rely on continued use alone.
